Incidental Adrenal Nodule

Symptom
Incidental adrenal nodule
Considerations
  • Adrenal nodules could be discovered incindentally by CT, MR or US. Finding fat density within the nodule important to determine benignity. CT and MR (without contrast) very good for this.
  • Nuclear renal or MIBG scan, ultrasound, MRI with contrast, PET or biopsy not generally initialy needed.
