Considerations

• consider abdominal ultrasound as first line. Evaluation for gallstones, bile duct dilation or liver pathology. However, US limited in detection of pancreatic abnormalities.

Recommended tests

• CT abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast
• MRCP with IV contrast
• US Right upper quadrant
