- Strengths
- very good study for chronic PVD and non-contrast options exist. Equal or better than CTA.
- Limitations
- CTA for endograft evaluation and in some patients with suspected embolism or acute symtpoms which might be due to thrombosis.
- Contraindications
- 1) Standard MR questionaire as to contraindicated implanted devices, surgery, etc.; 2) Gadolinium will be dose-adjusted dependent upon creatinine clearance. It will not be given with CrCl <30 due to risk of NSF.
